GST Return Filing in Jaipur

Timely and accurate GST returns protect your input tax credit and keep penalties away. Our team handles monthly and quarterly filings, reconciliations and the annual return.

What we file and reconcile

  • GSTR-1 – details of outward supplies, monthly or quarterly.
  • GSTR-3B – summary return and payment of tax.
  • Input tax credit – reconciliation of your purchase records with the auto-generated statement (GSTR-2B), so that credit is claimed only where it is due.
  • Annual return and reconciliation – GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C where applicable.
  • Other returns – composition scheme returns, and returns for special registrations such as TDS and TCS deductors and non-resident taxpayers.
  • E-invoicing and e-way bills – guidance on applicability and set-up.

Due dates

Regular monthly filers file GSTR-1 by the 11th and GSTR-3B by the 20th of the following month. Taxpayers under the QRMP scheme file quarterly returns with monthly payments. The annual return is generally due on 31 December after the financial year. Due dates are sometimes extended or changed by notification, so we work from a compliance calendar that we update. See our GST registration guide and tax videos.

How the service works

You share sales and purchase data, either from your accounting software or from spreadsheets. We prepare the returns, send you the tax liability and the due date for approval, file after your confirmation, and send you the acknowledgement. We also reply to notices arising from mismatches and other queries.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if I file GST returns late?

A late fee applies for each day of delay, up to a limit, along with interest on the tax payable. Repeated defaults can lead to the suspension of the registration. Filing on time avoids these costs.

Do I have to file a return if there was no business in the month?

Yes. A nil return must be filed for every period, and it can usually be filed quickly.

Can you take over GST filing from my previous accountant?

Yes. We start with a review of the past filings and the input tax credit position, and then we take over the compliance calendar.
