How long does it take to incorporate a private limited company?
Usually around 7 to 10 working days once all documents are in order, subject to processing time at the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
What documents are needed for GST registration?
Typically the PAN and Aadhaar of the proprietor, partners or directors, proof of the business address (such as a rent agreement or electricity bill), a photograph and bank details. The exact list depends on the type of entity.
Do you work with clients outside Jaipur?
Yes. Most work can be handled remotely through secure document sharing and online meetings, including for clients in the United Kingdom.
