Payroll, PF and ESI Compliance in Jaipur
Salaries, provident fund and employee state insurance involve fixed monthly deadlines. We run the payroll and the statutory filings so that your team is paid correctly and your compliance stays current.
Scope of service
- Monthly payroll: salary computation, payslips and bank payment files.
- Provident fund (EPF) and ESI registration, monthly contributions and returns.
- TDS on salary and Form 16. See TDS compliance.
- Employee onboarding and exit formalities, and full-and-final settlements.

When registrations apply
Provident fund registration is generally required once an establishment reaches 20 employees, and ESI once it reaches 10 employees, subject to the wage limits and the rules that apply. Smaller establishments may register voluntarily. Contributions and returns are due monthly, generally by the 15th of the following month.
